About a week and a half ago, I was sleeping peacefully in my bed at about 5:00 am when I was awakened by a very loud crash! I hurried into the family room to find Sean laying in a heap on the floor. I was half asleep and couldn't figure out why he would be laying on the floor. I said, "Sean! Sean!" and he woke up. I said, "What is going on?" He yelled back at me, "I fainted!" Just then, I noticed that the couch had been pushed into the dining room and the kid's Easter baskets that were on top of my hutch, were all on the floor. I said, "What happened to the couch?" And again, he yelled back, "I guess I pushed it into the dining room when I hit the ground." I didn't want the kids to wake up so I ssshhhed him. Again, in my defense, I was still half asleep. I asked him if there was anything I could get him, and then, like the caring, doting wife that I am, I went back to bed... Sean still in a heap on the floor. He came in a few hours later with two band-aids across his forehead and I couldn't help it, I started laughing... hard. It turned out he had two pretty good cuts on his forehead and quite the carpet burn on his shoulder. He had the stomach flu and also in my defense, I didn't know he was sick. He was perfectly healthy when he went to bed the night before. He did pick the perfect place to faint though (the big open family room). If he would have chosen anywhere else to do it, I would have had to wake up long enough to drive him to the E.R. I was telling my family about Sean's "spell" and Nate said, "Julie, two words... pillow and blanket. You could have left him laying on the floor, just get a pillow under his head and a blanket over him." I will remember these wise words of wisdom the next time Sean takes the plunge!

Julie..... next time you talk to Nathan explain to him that "pillow and blanket" are three words not two. I am sure this was just a case of mis-speaking on Nate's part, but I have been getting more concerned about him as he ages.
Oh my - poor Sean! I hope the band aids were the only thing needed to patch him up!
I hope you are both feeling much better now! ha ha Take care!!
I know! He's going to be the big 35 next week. I'll be sure to get him a good pillow for his head so he doesn't feel decapsulated in the morning.
