Happy New Year!

Happy New Year 2010!! 2009 was a great year but I don't think I'm too sad to see it come to an end. We were extremely blessed with the birth of our little Hayes but it was a rough one. The uncertainty of a high risk pregnancy and just hoping and praying everything turns out ok... I'm just glad he's here and that everything DID turn out ok. What a blessing. Here are pictures of the kids at the stroke of midnight. We celebrated with the kids on the east coast and sent them to bed shortly after 10. The twins slept upstairs on Hayes' bedroom floor the entire break. Ava has been sleeping in our room on the floor for about a month. She is scared of Jack Frost (Martin Short) from Santa Claus III... go figure. Yes, Hayes is awake. My sweet 2 to 4 month old newborn used to sleep through the night for me. The day he turned 4 months, he realized that all he had to do to get snuggled and fed at all hours of the night was to fuss a little bit. Smart boy! Here's to 2010! It's going to be a good one... I can feel it!
