Chambord

On the Monday after our weekend in Paris, Sean had to head back to work so Hayes and I headed to another castle, Chambord.  After my most favorite place, Chenonceau, everything paled in comparison.  It was a really rainy, gloomy day so that might have had something to do with me not loving it as much.  It was still really cool.

I LOVE the bed, and the antique potty. :)

Today was a landmark day on our trip to France given the fact that I discovered a little place called Flunch.  Flunch would become our main eating establishment in Orleans.  It was a little like a French Chuck-a-rama.  It was also the first time I had ever seen tartar, and no, I did not try it.  They had the coolest high chairs there that were on wheels and had handles.  In the back was a place for your tray so you could put the baby in the high chair, wheel them around and load up your tray.  We need those in America!  Thank goodness for Flunch!  It was relatively inexpensive and had pretty good food.  I know, it's the small things that make me happy. :)
