This was one of the twin's first trips to church. Below is one of my most favorites, the two babies in the box (as Connor called them). Two TINY bums... so cute!

The twins turned 9 two weeks ago today. Two things they were not very happy about on their birthday: #1 - It was on a Sunday. #2 - It rained. We celebrated the day before. I took the girls to High School Musical 3 (they loved it) and Sean took Cy to the driving range. We went to dinner after and then to Chuck E. Cheese's. Then on Sunday we did cake and ice cream with the family. They had a great time! I cannot believe the twins are 9. I can so distinctly remember when they were in the NICU; giving them baths with cotton balls, brushing their hair with toothbrushes and changing their diapers that were the size of a credit card. It seems like yesterday. I remember the scary but glorious day that we were able to bring them home... truly a dream come true! It has been such a blessing to be their mom and watch them grow. I love watching them interact with each other. They are best friends and have a very special bond. Happy birthday Cy and Sayer... I love you!

Sayer had a purse cake. It was all different sizes of cupcakes that you fit together like a puzzle.
Cy had a Wall-E cake. I was so nervous to make this cake for him because he is such a little engineer and I knew I probably did something weird or wrong. Sure enough, he came out the morning of his birthday and said, "Wow! Cool! But Wall-E only has his legs underneath him when he is getting ready to jump so he must be getting ready to jump." I said, "Sure buddy, ya, he is getting ready to jump." :)

Sayer is so excited about "The Tale of Desperaux" coming out. Her teacher read the book to her class and she has read the book by herself as well and cannot wait for the movie. She was so excited to see the huge display and had to have her picture taken with it. Ava insisted on her Wildcat temporary tattoos. It was great!

Could we fit one more boy cousin in Cy's room? I think not!

Look at you---you even have cake making skills! I'm going to have to steal your purse cake idea....and all those boy cousins--so cute--were they really able to take turns with the gaming?
