Ava's Golden birthday

Last night as a four year old. Our little Ava turned 5 on October 5th - her golden birthday! Since it was her golden birthday and we had a newborn, we decided to make things easy and let Chucky do the work. I would highly recommend that to any parents of newborns.
When we first got there, they had Ava's chair right up by the big singing puppets and she did not like that. It was a toss up between Chuck E. Cheese's and Kangaroo Zoo. As soon as she saw those puppets, she started saying, "I changed my mind - I want to go to Kangaroo Zoo!" We moved her chair as far away from the puppets as possible and she felt a little better.
Notice Ava at the very end :)

Costco made a big mistake and put "Happy golden birthday Eva!" My mom took the top part of the E off and it worked. My mom and I watched Sayer look at the cake to see if she would notice it. We were laughing - we could see her head going back and forth studying the cake and then all of a sudden, "Mom! They wrote Eva!" Leave it to Peanut, Miss Observant, to notice that.
Ava finally decided that Chucky wasn't so bad.

Me and my little man. (Hayes' birthday is exactly 8 weeks before Ava's and Ava's is exactly 4 weeks before the twins. All of their birthdays will be on Mondays this year)

Grandma Kimball and Hayes

Ava got all of her Oobees gear and a Glow-Doodle. We love Ava so much. I can't believe she is 5, it has gone so fast but we have loved every minute of it!
