...has got nothing on us. Yes, that is poop on Sayer's homework and yes, it is very gross to put a picture of poop covered homework on my blog. I had to post the picture because it is so unreal, you must see to believe. Sayer had just finished her homework and was sitting at the desk with it in her hand waiting for me to look at it. I was changing Hayes up on my bed that is right across from the desk. (My bed is really high, but still...) Before either of us knew what was happening, we were both covered in poop. Sayer just sat there with it dripping off her arm and saying, "Mom, what do I do?" What can you do? I just started wiping... and wiping and wiping and scrubbing. We had to throw away the homework - no way to salvage that. I wrote Sayer's teacher a note and she said he just started laughing and laughing and then he showed it to her home room teacher. He told her he was going to keep it. What can I say? One of Hayes' many nicknames is Bodily Function Man. I thought my other three kids had healthy bowels but this baby takes the cake - he is a machine!!! I asked his pediatrician how much poop is too much and he said, "Up to 12 times a day can be normal." Well, I guess Hayes is "normal".

I love, love, love all your new posts! Hayes is just darling. The poop on homework is hilarious! And Carla....who knew that bellybuttons could talk?
I normally don't comment...but oh my gosh, that poop story is so funny!! And all the posts of Hayes, so darling...gets me thinking we could use one of those around here! :)
