Giant's game and Wicked!

Hayes headed to the Gian't game.

 Views from the park.  It was amazing!

 I took Hayes on a little walk around the park.  He got to sit in a trolly car and I bought him a little Giant's hat.  He fell asleep in my arms and I met another couple with a baby and they told me you could go to guest services and get a certificate printed out for your first Giant's game.  So we did.  Sean loved it!

The Giant's won it in the bottom of the 9th.  It was such a great game!  It was beautiful and the weather was perfect.  Not to mention the food... garlic fries, where have you been all my life?

Yes, it's true!

That night, we took the twins to Wicked.  Aw, Wicked, I think I'll miss you most of all!  (That was my attempt at a Wizard of Oz tie-in.  Never mind!)  I loved it more than words can say.  So did Sean and Sayer.  I think Cy just liked it a lot.  (:  My only regret is that we didn't take Ava.  Sean bought me the CD and she has listened to it every day since.  She has most of the songs memorized.  She has studied the Playbill and the CD insert.  She has quizzed Sayer on every aspect of the play.  She has seen most of the song performances on YouTube.  I can't wait to take her!  We are officially Wicked obsessed at our house.  Sayer wants to be Elphaba for Halloween and Ava wants to be Glinda.  Hayes is going to be the cowardly lion.  So. Much. Fun!  Sean and I talked about selling our house and becoming Wicked groupies.  It was that good!  Can't wait to take my mom!
