Happy Holidays '07

So sorry this is a little out of order but we're having all the camera issues. These are just a few of our pre-holiday and Thanksgiving festivities. Cy and Sayer had a Thanksgiving poem recital at school and Ava was their prop... the turkey (very fitting)
Mom, Brooke, Ava, Bella (Rella, according to Ava, as in Cinde"rella") and I went to the a Christmas tree festival. Of course Ava and Rella's favorite tree was the Hello Kitty tree.
I have never seen so much Hello Kitty stuff in my life... they were in Heaven. Here's Brooke wearing the sorting hat from Harry Potter. I think it put her in Hufflepuff (ha, ha, just kidding Brooke!)

















We had the family Christmas party at the Steve and Gina's Lodge (thanks guys). It was a great night. We did the annual cousin's gift exchange and a family from my parent's neighborhood sang for us. They were amazing! It helped so much to get me in the Christmas spirit. And then, to everyone's surprise, Santa showed up. Needless to say, the kid's were thrilled, and so was I. No standing in long Santa lines at the mall this year :)
