Happy Birthday Cuddles!

Well, it's official, Cuddles is two. Sayer is too cute and insists on celebrating Cuddles birthday. She gets very excited about the whole event and I was able to talk her into this Cuddles cake this year instead of the birthday party with 20 neighborhood kids like last year. We really wanted to eat the cake but couldn't find Cuddles anywhere to sing Happy Birthday to her. So we opened the door to the garage and sang Happy Birthday to the empty garage, lit the two candles, had the kids blow them out, and then dug into the cake. I am thankful for Cuddles and grateful that she found her way into our lives as we never would have actively pursued having a pet cat. My kids have learned so much by taking care of her and they love her so much, she is just part of the family now.
