Kitties, kitties everywhere!

The Sunday before Halloween, I was getting ready to go to bed when I started hearing a little kitty outside my bedroom window. I got the flashlight and after searching high and low in our backyard, finally found its hiding place. It was underneath a rock in our rock wall, and it wasn't alone. It's brother, or sister (I'm not too good at knowing those things) was in there with it and not in very good shape. I would coax the healthy one out and then go to pick it up and it would hiss at me. So ferocious, let me tell you. Then I tried to get a stick and pry them out but that didn't work too well either. I finally got the rubber gloves on and just grabbed them both out of there. They were freezing cold and I took them in my laundry room and got them some food and put them on a heating pad. I had to feed the one with a dropper because he was so sick. The kids loved them and of coarse, wanted to keep them. The sick one died the next day and my cousin Rod came and got the healthy one. He lives on several acres so I know the kitty will love it. They were cute little kitties and the kids had to get their pictures taken with it before saying goodbye.
